Corinne is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We are so grateful that we were referred to Corinne! We purchased our home site unseen from Japan in a crazy market. From the start Wendy was open to do whatever we needed in our home search and sale. Very easy going, no pressure and patient as we were not easy buyers or sellers. Cyndi has now helped us sell two homes and buy another. It's hard to describe what an amazing difference she makes to the whole process. Her knowledge of things is unsurpassed, as is her eye for things to make your home look as good as it possibly can. Both our homes were sold with prices way over asking. (The 1st one didn't even appraise on what she got them to offer), but they still paid it anyway. That's what she does. She makes your home look like anyone would walk in and say "I HAVE to live here'. In addition, her photo's of the house make me not want to move because when I look at them I say "wow, I live there"? :-) Of course, all the paperwork and wot not is a breeze with her and everything runs so smoothly. OK, that's the edited highlights on the selling part. Now the buying: She tireless showed me around 20 + house before I found one. This is NOT a realtor who just wants you to buy something to collect a commission. I asked to look at a house once and we pulled up outside and she said "oh oh, no, don't even bother" and she pointed something out about the house that she said would make it very hard to sell in the future. She was on MY side! She was looking out for ME! Once when I was getting frustrated because I couldn't find the right house, she just turned to me and said "don't worry, we'll find it and you'll know which house it is because you'll lay awake at night thinking about it and want to keep going back to see it". Needless to say she was completely 100% right and I've never forgotten that. When you see a house you are thinking of buying with her, there is no 'realtor speak' either, she speaks honestly and openly and her advice is second to none. What you get is 100% zero pressure from her and 100% complete commitment from her to you. Finally I love it when people ask me if I have a realtor telling me they have a great one and because I get to feel very smug at that time because I know, mine is better!
