You can’t go wrong working with Kevin. His fun, understanding, and caring attitude is just what you are looking for. This poor guy had to deal with the differences that my partner and I had about what kind of home we were interested in. He listened to us both about what we wanted and didn’t want. He also took the time to look into the properties we were interested in, and did his due diligence to make sure we were not getting into something we could not handle, and to make sure there were no surprises once we started to make offers. Steve not only knows the fine details of how to navigate the real estate waters but goes above and beyond in terms of effort and dedication. I hired him to sell my property and he provided guidance for the things I could do to optimize my profits, brought in a cleaning crew and interior decorator to state my property at no cost to me, and was straight up with me through the negotiation process. He has exceeded my expectations across the board. Also, after I sold my property I moved out of state and reached out to ask a question about the purchase of a new home in a different state in which he researched the property of interest and gave me research backed advice on how much to offer. Steve is the man!
