My family and I had our ups and downs in the volatile market in February 2022. We decided to go with Sharon as our agents and from the very first conversation, she understood what what we were looking for and quickly began looking for what fit those wants. With a day or so she had found a house in our favorite neighborhood in our area. She set up a tour that same day and she drove 2 hours to meet us for the tour that fit our schedule. We fell in love with the house instantly and based on the market, Sharon had quick conversations and provided recommendations for making a competitive offer. Luckily the offer was accepted and we moved forward quickly. Throughout the due diligence period and the entire purchasing process, Sharon made herself available for questions and communicated with the seller’s agent promptly when we had questions or requests. She even provided a recommendation (without pushing it on us) for a mortgage loan company that also had excellent customer service.
