Ryan and Sharon really know their stuff. No shenanigans, no maybes, they were right on from the beginning. Ryan gave good advice about everything (as did Sharon) and talked to the buyers as they needed to be. They both guided me through the processes whenever I needed it. Talked to me on the phone a bunch since I had moved a thousand miles away and kept me informed all the time. (great people.)

It was 2 months after initial contact with Emily before we are ready to sell. She was patient with a very understanding heart. When we were ready we were able to go on contract after only 4 showings and no open house. She is someone that you can trust, a rare attribute during these times of fake news and unchecked misinformation. During the house inspection, normally a very challenging phase of real estate sale, Emily prepared us well and came out virtually unscathed with just minor issues that were fixed in 2 day. However what impresses me the most is Emily’s ability to involve my wife in all our communications ensuring that my wife, (English is her second language) is in step and current with the issues. We already recommended Emily to our friends and neighbors. We wish that there are more Emilys in the real estate business. We are more than lucky to have her; we were blessed!
