Sharon is an excellent Realestate Agent who is really interested in helping you find right home.
Sharon is very responsive to communications and questions. We interacted many times over the several days of our negotiations. She demonstrated market knowledge by know what similar houses sold for in our area of interest and this was helpful in price negotiations. She was also very helpful in getting a house inspection and following up with services that could address our concerns. The next time we need an agent we will be calling Sharon Stroupe.

Emily went above and beyond for us in every way
Emily went above and beyond for us in every way. Communication was fabulous, she would keep us updated as soon as she had an update to share, working for us as late as 10 pm on a few occasions. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about today’s market, she was able to explain the ins and outs of real estate in simple terms, and was also willing to give me a full lesson on the deeper aspects I wasn’t understanding (appraisals, concessions, escrow, etc). At our first meeting, she came to our home with comps printed with an “estimated seller net sheet” so from the very beginning, we had an estimate of what we would be spending/profiting at different selling points, fees, concessions, mortgage payoffs, etc. It was so helpful to have this in front of me when offers came in to be able to make quick adjustments to see how good the offer truly was. Emily never treated us like “just a job.” She went out of her way to make sure that we were doing okay with the entire selling and relocating process. I’m so thankful that Emily was the one to help us sell our home.

The best in the business!
Sara has been my agent for quite some time now. Sara helped me secure the purchase of my house for an excellent price, in what was at the time, a tough market that favored the seller. Recently, she represented me in purchasing a new commercial property for my business. With her exceptional negotiation skills and knowledge of the market, she was once again able to get me the best deal.
