Sharon is an excellent Realestate Agent who is really interested in helping you find right home.

Sharon is very responsive to communications and questions. We interacted many times over the several days of our negotiations. She demonstrated market knowledge by know what similar houses sold for in our area of interest and this was helpful in price negotiations. She was also very helpful in getting a house inspection and following up with services that could address our concerns. The next time we need an agent we will be calling Sharon Stroupe.

Excellent communicator always on top of the issues and made very positive responses

Sharon was right on top of issues. Very knowledgeable of the market and issues may very positive suggestions and was a real pleasure to work with. Harley recommend them would certainly use them again if I had a need for property sold down there.

a real pleasure to get to kn

It was very obvious that they knew how to market my unit based on what improvements I had made in the place when previous people didn’t seem to have any idea how to mark it. This was sold in three months, which I thought was a remarkable time since it was the beach and it was January February, March.
