Emily went above and beyond for us in every way. Communication was fabulous, she would keep us updated as soon as she had an update to share, working for us as late as 10 pm on a few occasions. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about today’s market, she was able to explain the ins and outs of real estate in simple terms, and was also willing to give me a full lesson on the deeper aspects I wasn’t understanding (appraisals, concessions, escrow, etc).
