Working with Emily was an incredible experience from start to finish. She has outstanding knowledge of the market and really takes the time to explain every detail so that I always knew what was going on. Her communication was excellent, she was always very fast to respond to all of my calls and messages, and always kept us updated through every step of the process. We hit a few bumps in the road, due to some of the other parties involved, and Emily put in a lot of time and effort to sort those things out and get my wife and I the home we wanted. Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and it was clear that she truly cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. She’s professional, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable. She was recommended to me by a friend, so I know I’m not the first one to know she is great at her job. I would give Ryan 10 stars if I could. His wife Sharon was also a wonderful addition to our team and was a tremendous help. I did not expect my experience in selling my home to be pleasant and was expecting problems and anxiety. Ryan made the entire process remarkably easy. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the legal issues in real estate and was especially helpful navigating us through issues unique to selling a 40-year-old mobile home on beach property. We had offers and interested buyers the first day we listed. He was courteous to all the buyers who were making inquiries and took all the stress off us. He was always available to answer any questions we had. We were working together by long-distance, and he made numerous trips to our property to take care of any issues that arose. He did everything he could to make it easy for us. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for an excellent agent.

Just wow, Emily not only is an amazing agent but truly one that we can call a friend after the wonderful experience that she showed us in helping us sell our home. I have worked with several agents over the years and I can say that this has been the most pleasurable experience. Hands down one of the most amazing people that I have met.
