From the beginning of the process until the house was sold Emily Isenhart was attentive and supportive. She has excellecnt communication skills and patiently explained areas I was unsure about. She was knowedgable about the current market which helped me in settng a price.. The house sold within 2 weeks and was very close to asking price. I would highly reccomend her!

Emily went above and beyond for us in every way. Communication was fabulous, she would keep us updated as soon as she had an update to share, working for us as late as 10 pm on a few occasions. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about today’s market, she was able to explain the ins and outs of real estate in simple terms, and was also willing to give me a full lesson on the deeper aspects I wasn’t understanding (appraisals, concessions, escrow, etc). At our first meeting, she came to our home with comps printed with an “estimated seller net sheet” so from the very beginning, we had an estimate of what we would be spending/profiting at different selling points, fees, concessions, mortgage payoffs, etc. It was so helpful to have this in front of me when offers came in to be able to make quick adjustments to see how good the offer truly was. Emily never treated us like “just a job.” She went out of her way to make sure that we were doing okay with the entire selling and relocating process. I’m so thankful that Emily was the one to help us sell our home.

Emily provided insight and knowledge at the beginning, when we were floundering to make choices. She was a rock towards the end when closing looked uncertain. Emily was on top of each step, facilitating the offer, providing necessary contacts and reaching out to both seller/buyer lenders and attorneys during a complex estate sale. She was invaluable, always available and stuck with us. A true seasoned professional.

Working with Emily was an incredible experience from start to finish. She has outstanding knowledge of the market and really takes the time to explain every detail so that I always knew what was going on. Her communication was excellent, she was always very fast to respond to all of my calls and messages, and always kept us updated through every step of the process. We hit a few bumps in the road, due to some of the other parties involved, and Emily put in a lot of time and effort to sort those things out and get my wife and I the home we wanted. Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and it was clear that she truly cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. She’s professional, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable. She was recommended to me by a friend, so I know I’m not the first one to know she is great at her job. I sincerely could not have asked for a better realtor, I will 100% recommend her to anyone, given the chance
