We discovered Kathi to be most personable with excellent social skills. An experienced realtor who is a good listener and creative thinker. She’s kind, with an assertive and professional demeanor. Having Kathi as a realtor was fantastic and made the process easy!

We met Kathi at an open house and found her to be very professional and very positive. We interviewed her to sell our home. Her knowledge of the housing market in our community was very impressive. We hired her on the spot. She understands the market, how to market your home, and throughout the whole process she answered all of our questions. Kathi also hires the best photographer. The pictures that went online were amazing. Needless to say our home sold in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Kathi to anyone buying or selling a home. She is the best!

Kathi surpassed our expectations with her marketing expertise and with her ability to stay on top of things as our sale progressed. Never left any questions unanswered and her follow up was very much appreciated and timely. She was able to get us top dollar for our property, we couldn’t have made a better choice in selecting a Realtor.

Kathi had us covered in all aspects of purchasing a great home in Chino Valley, AZ from offer to move-in while basically sitting on my sofa in San Diego, CA. She had a great supporting team in a lender, title agency, and inspectors. I needed only to make two 1-day trips to AZ from CA to be there for the home inspection and sign the closings docs, both trips were of my choosing and could have been done via other means. The entire process took but 45 days from day of offer till day of move in with no real hiccups to speak of doing the entire process. My hat is off to Kathi for her outstanding professionalism and help in buying our new home in AZ.

We have used Kathi Rafters as our Realtor 5 times in the past 8 years because we appreciate her so much. She really goes above and beyond the expected realm of duties by getting to know her clients and their needs and making great connections for other services needed. Kathi has been in the area for a long time and is very intelligent and personable, so she really knows how to make the buying and selling process work well. She's also tenacious when trying to sell in difficult times or a unique home. We strongly recommend Kathi Rafters as a Realtor if you are looking to buy or sell.

My experience with Kathi was extremely pleasant. Not only is she professional but she is very personable too. She was honest about giving me advice on what would help sell my home but did not suggest doing anything except making a few basic repairs. She made the process so easy, always communicating clearly the next steps and always answering my questions promptly. I would definitely hire her again.

Kathi sold our out of state home. She is super professional and was on top every step of the process. She took care of what needed to be done when I couldn't be there to do it myself. I highly recommend her to local and out of state clients alike.
