Kathi handled a VA home purchase for us and did a great job taking care of all the details. She made the whole process quite painless for us considering all the hoops the VA made all of us jump through. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and accurately. Kathi made the whole process smooth and painless for us. We would certainly use her again and would recommend Kathi to our friends. 5 Stars all the way!

We moved to Prescott from Oregon. Kathi took care of us every step of the way. Found the right house and took care of every detail, making it a stress free transaction. Since then we have used Kathi to sell that house and buy another. The whole transaction moved in 35 days. Kathi knows this market and is highly professional, detailed and a pleasure to work with.

Kathi is the best agent I've ever worked with! She was positive, patient and kind. It was imperative that I find 2 homes in the 4 days I was here because our homes in Colorado were already sold. She made it all possible! She is very familiar with the surrounding areas. She always replied promptly to all texts, phone calls and emails and still continues to assist us. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She also helped us with contacts and phone numbers to get set up, such utilities, inspectors, movers, etc. I would highly recommend Kathi to anyone, friends and family. She deserves every bit of a 5 STAR rating!!

Kathi worked selflessly to find me exactly what I was looking for. She set aside her entire schedule and showed 24 houses in just 3 days, knowing I had a limited timeframe to find what I was looking for. Best of all Kathi is very responsive, unlike other agents I've worked with in the past. Incredibly easy to get ahold of, before, during and even after the purchase of my home. She is very knowledgeable about the surrounding location, and the entire home buying/selling process in general. She was even able to share numerous helpfull connections such as a handyman, home inspectors, movers, and a list of providers to help set up utilities in the area. She made the entire process a breeze for me. I would recommend Kathi to anyone looking for an incredably above average agent!

Janet is a five star agent. Her knowledge of the market, neighborhoods and negotiation skills, helped me secure a home during a very tough market when inventory was very low. I will use Janet again for all my real estate needs.

I chose Lynn Stoppe to list my property in Prescott Arizona without ever meeting her in person. I live in Oregon and I am a retired Oregon realtor. My criteria for an agent to represent me was very high. From the first phone conversation I immediately found Lynn to be amicable, professional, and knowledgeable. Lynn listened to my wants and advised me on ideas to better help sell my land in a market place not familiar to me. I had 100% trust in Lynn to do the very best to represent my listing. I found Lynn to be a very hard worker, she kept me well informed. I never once considered hiring a different realtor. When the offer came in, Lynn handled everything as only a well seasoned agent could do. The entire process of going into escrow was absolutely easy sailing for me. Lynn kept me informed on every little detail. Lynn immediately called me after closing to congratulate me on the sale. Lynn was the one that deserved all of the congratulations and kudos for a job well done. Aside from her career professional experience, Lynn is truly a lovely, gracious, beautiful, caring human being. I would highly recommend Lynn Stoppe for any and all real estate needs. Buyer, seller, investor......Lynn is the woman for your job. I cannot thank Lynn Stoppe enough. ❤️Amber Applegate, Ruch Oregon

Lynn was an excellent communicator. She kept us "in the loop" regarding all aspects of our sale. She knows the Prescott area well and would be an asset to anyone that needs to buy or sell real estate. If the need arises we would gladly employ her again!

Jessica was a joy to work with from start to finish. She knows the area intimately, has a wealth of experience in choosing a house and neighborhood, helpfully points out potential positives and drawbacks of each property, etc. She's smart, hard-working, punctual, responsive and has a sense of humor which helps to ease what can be an intensely stressful experience. I could not recommend her enough.
