After sharing my wants, needs and budget for my new home Janet went to work doing extensive market research. Cost per square foot whats on the market for how long and is it priced competitively. She researched amenities HOA fees and so on in the areas I was interested in. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when viewing a home pointing out pluses and things to watch out for as well. I definitely will call on Janet expertise when buying or selling a home.

She knows the entire county I swear! She helped us with purchase so much as we were moving from out of state. She met with the inspector, and then with our contractor for changes we wanted since we couldn’t be there. You really couldn’t ask for anyone better.

This lady is amazing. Upon the first phone call she viewed the house the same day. As a first time home buyer she held my hand through the process answering every question along the way. Maryland was very knowledgeable and informative. She made my home buying experience a wonderful one. She is my realtor for life! I have and will continue to recommend Maryland.

We were Amazed at Janet’s knowledge of Prescott/Prescott Valley and the surrounding communities. While we did our preparatory homework on property listings, Janet took care in ensuring we saw properties that fit our desires and did her homework on what each property had to offer. We were warmly Amused by Janet’s sense of humor and lightheartedness during our long viewing days. We had so much fun that it was almost disappointing when we found our lovely 1/2 acre property in Prescott Valley. Janet was patient to a fault. Thank you Janet!

As a listing agent for our Prescott Valley home, Janet and the Pickle Lady Brigade team helped to make our transaction as easy as possible. Janet's knowledge of construction was a welcome addition to the process - as, she explained to us how to prepare our home to be in the very best possible condition prior to sale and thus create maximum market value. Once we sold our PV home and then purchased our new "forever" home, her expertise again assisted with the transition. Highly recommend this awesome agent!

As the executor of my father's estate, I needed to sell his property home in Prescott. I live in Phoenix. Janet was extremely helpful and proactive in marketing the property, holding open house events, and recommending reliable and affordable craftsmen to come in and do minor repair work to the property. Additionally she was very responsive to my inquiries and always returned my phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend Janet as a competent and caring realtor.
