Maryland is very good at her job she gets things done and always right nothing was messed up. She is very trustworthy and honest and very hard worker. If I had to give here a star rating it would be a 10 out of 10. Nothing less. For my property it only took 3 days to sell and came over the amount that we posted it for. She worked hard and she got what she deserved. Thanks again Maryland sharp.

Janet was able to find a beautiful view lot, that was easy to build on, for the right price. Janet put a lot of effort into the search and brought in professionals to assess the lot. Good Job.

My experience with Maryland was great. She conducted herself in a professional manner yet very personable. She displayed a high quality of character and served with her heart. I would recommend to anyone seeking a real estate agent that is knowledgeable to call and request her for their agent to sell their home. The Green family.

Maryland was very helpful and knowledgeable in selling our house. She gave us several tips on how we should prepare for this process and what to repair or replace to make our house more attractive to buyers. We are very thankful for all of her hard work and expertise. We were so impressed with her that we asked her to help us find another home which she did and we love it. We definitely would recommend Maryland to anyone who is selling or buying real estate as she is a winner!

We've bought and sold 11 homes over the past 20+ years and have worked with numerous realtors. Working with Janet was the best experience we've ever had. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the real estate market, she also has an incredible eye for design. With her help we edited and rearranged our home and successfully sold it within a very short time.
