She cares for those she works for & is able to anticipate their needs. What impressed us was how she was able to limit the number of homes we looked at, thus saving us much time & frustration. By giving her our wish list (involving affordable price range, size of home, HOA limitations, preferable neighborhoods, numerous interior features, RV parking), she was able to narrow down our choices considerably. Not only that, but she also anticipated unknown concerns due to our age & health concerns such as minimal stairs & user-friendly home features, as well having knowledge to buying in neighborhoods where ham radio operators were able to communicate & enjoy their hobbies without strong restrictive HOA requirements. In fulfilling our "dream home", she had much insight into ways to improve upon, remodel, & upgrade our home to even further increased enjoyment. Her multi-faceted talents & abilities far exceeded the experience of other agents. We would never consider working with anyone else & we highly recommend her to friends & family.
