I have been in Real Estate nearly 30years and a broker over 15 yrs. Maryland over saw the sale of our property after we had to move abbruptly from AZ to FL to care for a sick family member. Due to several problems that came up we throught I would need to fly home. She took care of everything from checking on our home and making the outside presentable, all inspection's, survey reports, contacted the insurance for the flood cert, level of propane to insure heat was running to prevent any frozen pipes.
