From beginning to end Garrett strove to relieve my anxiety about moving. It was wonderful working with him and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

A Realtor in Flagstaff recommended that I reach out to Garrett because I wanted to move to the Prescott area. I hit the jack pot when I hired Garrett Hamlin to find a property for me. I was not an easy client as I could not find the time to come and see homes for myself. Garrett, laid the groundwork by doing comps in the areas, listening intently to what I wanted, and knew the market value of each home he viewed. He exhibited patience (I probably sent him to look at close to 20 homes), kindness, and a personal touch that is often lacking within the profession. Garrett found the perfect property for me and helped with every step. Even past closing, he is still continuing to reach out and help where he can. There is no doubt in my mind that Garrett is the best Realtor on the planet. If you want the right house, at the right price, and at the right time, call Garrett. He truly will inspire you, support you, and find you your dream home.

Lynn was representing us as buyers out of the state in purchasing a house in Prescott Valley, AZ. As a listing agent of the house we were buying she perfectly well balanced her professional integrity between both parties. Lynn is an expert in the area. She is detail orientated with contract, disclosures, and aware of deadlines. Lynn provided us a name of the mortgage company to obtain the loan as well as names of insurance agency and management company. Besides all of this, Lynn is fun, has a sense of humor, positive energy, and gentle soul! With Lynn, we felt safe and buying process was enjoyable. Lynn fully monitored transaction and made us feel like being on vacation. She always returned phone calls and emails!! I wish to be her friend.

Having the right agent makes the difference between settling for something or finding the right home. Lynn is that agent for the quad cities area. She coordinated the sale or our home which included finding a buyer willing to give us the necessary time to close and move into our next home. We got a great price and a contract within 4 days. After getting the run around on a few homes we liked, Lynn found us one in a little higher price range that turned out to be perfect for our very specific needs! I would highly recommend her for anything from buying or selling your home to even getting a great referral for other local services.

Hello, I just want to say Jo Lynn did a great job helping me sell my house. She made everything go smooth and most important no stress and sold it for more money than I expected. She went above and beyond helping me from start to end!!! I have sold other houses in the past with different realtors and would not recommend them to others. But I would highly recommend Jo Lynn Kring to anyone selling a house. Mr Dave.

Tammy is awesome! Truly. She's professional, personable, she knows her stuff, and she goes the extra mile for her clients. I can't speak highly enough about working with her. I generally don't make a lot of referrals, but I tell everyone who mentions real estate about Tammy.

From my first meeting with Jo Lynn I felt comfortable and at ease, like working with an old friend! As the process of finding a home progressed I realized that I got really lucky that she was on our team. After finding a home and having our offer accepted My wife, son and I came down with COVID-19. We lived about 800 miles away from prescott and Jo Lynn went out of her way to handle all the inspections and any issue that came about until we were well.. I don't think she ever sleeps as she worked day and night for us.. I am grateful for her professionalism and compassion. She is a true real estate master!!
