Deanna was our second realtor in ARIZONA. She worked with us for a couple months and was very flexible with us considering we are from out of state. She kept us informed in new listings and price changes. When we were able to make it down to look at properties she made us a priority and lead us to property from Williams to Winslow. We bought in Winslow and are so thankful for her. She made the process easy and seamless. We even closed 3 weeks early.

Our initial contact with Dawn was very professional. She asked the important questions as to what we were looking for and our price range. She connected us to a 1st rate lender for preapproval to eliminate problems down the road. She lined up properties that met our requirements. We found the home we felt we would be comfortable with on our third search which was under construction. Dawn was personally there for every step of the construction, escrow and closing process which was a blessing since our former home had sold and we were staying out of state. If you are looking for a realtor in Flagstaff, AZ or the surrounding area Nancy is amazing! She has the best follow-up and responsiveness of any realtor I have worked with. She listened to me and looked for exactly what I wanted, constantly sent me properties in the area I wanted, all with kindness and excellent communication. She helped me negotiate a great deal and even after securing the property still helped me find contractors for repairs and answered any and all questions I had.
