Over the past few years I've had this listed with other agents with no success at all. As soon as I listed it with Brandy Cox within weeks I had people calling about it. She is very aggressive in selling or if you want to buy. I strongly recommend Brandy Cox to handle any real estate transaction small or large that anyone may want.

Brandy was very helpful very knowledgeable in the whole home buyer process, brandy and her team are awesome they always answered all of question and worries about the buying process. She didn’t just try to make a sell, but wanted to make sure we found the home that was in our price range that we loved, she didn’t sell us a house she sold us a home. Definitely recommend her and her team!

Deanna was awesome
Deanna was awesome. I called her when we decided to sell our home of 38 years. She helped us declutter our home for open house and showings and was on top of all prospective buyers. Our home was listed and sold in less and closed escrow in 6 weeks. She called almost every day to communicate any new info she received. She brought paperwork to our home for signatures even in 3 foot of snow. We would recommend Deanna to help you buy or sell your home. She is very personable and an awesome person.

Gilda helped my husband and I buy our first house! She made this daunting prospect so much easier. Gilda was a wealth of information and helped us through the house buying process.
