Deanna is a great realtor. She does everything a professional real estate agent should do. Before listing my property she attempted to sell my property off my sign that I had on it. I enjoyed talking to her and about her potential client, and decided that I would let her list the property. She comp the property and walk the property before listing it. I decided on a price for the property, but we listed it a little higher than my expectations because she felt the property was worth more in today’s market than I did. She was closer with her figure of value than I was, because my property closed for more than the asking price. She did everything I asked her to do during the process of selling the property. Anyone looking to hire a superior, knowledgeable, and caring person she is the one to hire. I would like to acknowledge the value of my praise. I have been a Real estate broker in the Phoenix area for over 40 years. I know a good realtor when I see one, or talk to one.

Shannon DeRosby was available for questions and promptly answered calls, texts and emails. Her suggestions were spot on and everything went smoothly. She was fantastic bringing back from the ledge the day before close when I was in a panic due to cancelled movers and a myriad of other issues all happening at once. Everything ended up great. Highly recommend Shannon and the Collins Team. I also used them in 2014 when I bought the lot to build the house I just sold.
