We met Sarah after a stressful experience elsewhere. On short notice she was able to send us a list of properties to view and set us up visits for all of them the next day. She was very knowledgeable about the current market situation and was quick to point out the pros and cons of every property we looked at. She was extremely quick to respond and communication was AWESOME!! When we found our home she helped us with many of the nuances of buying in a sellers market. We got the home we wanted in large part because of her knowledge of current practices in the offer making portion of buying a home. She was very much an asset to us and we would recommend her highly and without reservation to anyone needing a realtor. She will be the first one we call if we need a realtor again down the road.
