Nancy Shelton was recommended to us by a neighbor who had previous experience with her. We knew we wanted a place in Northern Arizona but really had no idea of what, where, or how much we wanted to spend. She showed us EVERYTHING. Seriously! We looked high and low and far and wide over six months and she never lost patience with us while explaining the pros and cons of each showing. She was always professional, responsive, and exceedingly knowledgeable about all of Northern Arizona. She helped us narrow down our needs and when the right place came on the market, she jumped on it and we were able to make it happen in one day! I wholeheartedly recommend Nancy Shelton as the "go to" realtor for Northern Arizona!

Nancy was our agent when we bought a cabin in Mund's Park in September 2018. How many times (!) we stopped into the office without an appointment, and she was always so gracious to show us "one more cabin" until we found just the right one! She responded quickly to all of our phone calls and emails. She is intelligent, strategic, and experienced in the real estate process, so I could feel comfortable that she would handle every necessary detail. She moved quickly to secure our offer, and once we were in negotiations, she advised us regarding how to proceed with the offer. We were very pleased with how smoothly the purchase went, and would highly recommend her!

Deanna has so much knowledge of Flagstaff and the surrounding areas and she is so helpful. She worked so hard to help my fiance and I find exactly what we wanted in a new home. We weren't able to find anything that worked for us in the Flagstaff market, and we were flexible in the area we could live. Deanna didn't hesitate to reach out and set up houses for us to look at in the Prescott Valley area and we ended up finding a home that we absolutely love! Deanna truly cares about her clients and works hard to find them exactly what they want no matter where that search takes you! Deanna was on top of every detail of our house buying process and made sure that everything was done correctly. If you are looking for a realtor that truly cares about her clients and works hard to make sure that you are truly happy with your purchase, Deanna is the one for you! I highly recommend Deanna without any reservations!

Nancy is the best! I had a very difficult piece of property to sell. Nancy took the time to do the research to establish a price that made me happy, but also was appealing to a potential buyer. Because the property was unusual, it required extensive marketing, which Nancy did with great expertise. Every question was answered quickly...response time was immediate. I would recommend Nancy to any potential seller or buyer interested in the Munds Park, Arizona area.

Shayna thinks outside the box. She has great attitude and provides informed intelligent opinions at the right time. These things all got us an investment property that wasn't even on our radar. I highly recommend Shayna. You won't be disappointed.

Shayna assisted me in locating and closing a deal on an investment property in Flagstaff. She did an outstanding job from start to finish. She ended up finding me a property I would not have otherwise found without her expertise. She stayed on top of the details and helped make the closing a smooth process. I cannot praise her enough!

Nancy is the best! She actually listened to what we were looking for, gave great advice (things to think about for the different seasons, stopped to talk to people in the area, pointed out things to think about, had great knowledge of value for the area, etc.), helped tremendously with negotiations and answering all my micro management questions. She has an awesome personality. Pam and I wish she still lived in the area! She's someone we enjoyed talking too.

Having had multiple corporate moves, Nancy beats all the so called elite. She is a crisp communicator and does what she says. I could ramble on but you have to meet her and you will know she works for you!

Nancy was the perfect real estate agent and I come from a family of several in another state. She was always there for us by phone or in person, explained everything in detail to us. You can tell she loves the area she is selling homes in. I can't say enough good things about her and the office she works in.
