JP helped us for months, almost a year actually in trying to find the perfect home. With a low inventory and specific requirements we finally decided on a new build. Through the process he provided an experience that we are grateful for. He was attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and patient with us when many would have been frustrated. When we needed answers he delivered and acted on our behalf. I would recommend JP to anyone in search of a new home. We hope we can work with him again......if he’ll have us.

Art was knowledgeable, personable and he went above and beyond for me. He even gave advice on my other property as well, which made me more money! He understood that I am technologically challenged, and catered to my needs and helped me sell my home. I recommend him to anyone selling their home.

Deanna was my Daily Sun Newspaper deliverer for 10 years before becoming a realtor. I told her if I ever purchased a house I would use her service. She had been so faithful with the paper delivery. Was the best decision I could have made. She proved she knew the business and I felt I got personal attention and not just one of several clients. I could not have chosen anyone better.

Deanna has recently received her real estate license when we contacted her asking her to be our agent in the sale of our home. She worked diligently helping us to de-clutter and ready our home for open houses. She is very professional and very helpful in suggestions on how to make the home more appealing to prospective buyers. We put our home on the market and closed 6 weeks later. Deanna walked us through every step and double check to ensure everything was taken care of the first time. We will be forever grateful to Deanna for her expertise and knowledge that helped us Seoul home quickly.
