David did a fantastic job helping us decide which property would fit our likes and needs. He was like a tour guide for Flagstaff, knows the history and feel of every nook and cranny of the city. He is an excellent, patient listener, which helped him find an awesome place for us. I only wish he offered other business services-I would gladly hire him for everything a homeowner needs. We also appreciate his honesty, nothing he said felt like we were being “sold to.” He genuinely wants you to LOVE the place you buy. A million thanks, David!

Thank you to our Agent, Tina. She was very prompt in sending us listings that fit our budget and wishlist. She was great at arranging us several viewings in one-day and really catered to us - since we weren't living in the area at the time. We trusted her market knowledge and felt really pleased with the final purchase price.

We met David at a home he was listing. It was apparent at that meeting that while that was not the house for us, David was going to be our realtor. He was knowledgeable about the market, did the work to know what we were looking for and showed us some great homes. When we found the one we wanted, he was there every step of the way, advocating for a perfect transaction. David listened to both of us--paying careful attention to the details. After the close, he continued to stay in touch. He's not only an outstanding realtor, but a man of great character.

Very knowledgeable of the Williams market. Deanna is probably the hardest working real estate agent I’ve met.

Nancy is the consummate realtor. She knows the market, she is 100% honest, her follow-through is impeccable. and her communication skills are excellent. Anyone trying to sell a home or cabin in Munds Park should only consider Nancy Shelton.
