Nancy was awesome to work with for not only the sale of our home in Munds Park, but purchasing another home. We asked her to keep an eye out for a specific type of property, she listened and as soon as it became available, she called us immediately. We fell in love and made an offer which she communicated and was accepted the same day. We then asked her to put our existing house on the market which she did right away and it sold very quickly due to her marketing and advertising. I would recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We chose Nancy based upon the recommendation of friends. We could not be more pleased. Nancy knows the area and it's values, communicates very well, is remarkably responsive, and guided us all through the process. Over the years, we have had many real estate agents and she ranks at the top. Her service and knowledge are excellent.

Working with Ashley Householder proved to be the best decision. Her professionalism was unmatched as she maintained her laser focus toward our goal of a successful close. She knew the market but still sought additional information in my behalf. Ashley promptly communicated while striking the perfect balance between business and friendship. There were stressful circumstances surrounding the sale of my home. It was such a blessing to see Ashley moderate the stress as she efficiently moved us toward the sale. This realtor is an amazing young woman.

Great͏ Agent, Really Goes Above and Beyond! I͏ can't imagine the sale of our house going as well as it did without David. David gave us great advice and helped us through the process of identifying and setting up the repairs and improvements we needed to make to get the best price for our home. We were selling from out of state, so having his help in checking on the place and monitoring/scheduling the work to be done was a godsend. He is very professional and friendly, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you David!

I was a long-distance investor and connected with Jesse. All along the way, Jesse was timely and went beyond service levels I had from prior realtors. From setting up searches, identifying new opportunities quickly, to managing aspects of the lending process quickly, his dedication to my sale/investment was superb.
