I have been buying and selling real estate for 60 yrs. Needless to say, I have delt with a number of agents. I have had some good ones, and some bad. I rate Tina as the number one that I have experienced. Excellent knowledge of the Havasu market and negotiating skills. In closing, very patient, she had to put with me.

We were referred to David from our previous realtor and couldn't have been happier. He was highly professional and provided top quality marketing of our house so we could sell successfully despite tough market conditions. He guided us through the process easily and provided solid advice when we needed it most.

I first chose Deanna after interviewing several real estate agents. I chose Deanna because she is incredibly knowledgeable and she communicates very well. She answered my questions thoroughly and found answers I needed for my projects. Since then I’ve continued to work with Deanna on several other projects and consider her an asset to my real estate team. I highly recommend her!

Jessie was fantastic and was willing to go the extra mile. We had lots of bumps along the way (due to the sellers) but Jessie was able to make the buying process smooth and easy. I would recommend Jessie 1000% to any friends and family. He hung in there with us while we searched for the perfect cabin and never made us feel pressured to buy if it was not in our best interest.

Audrey deeply cared about us as her clients and was tireless in her service. She showed us 14 homes in Kanab and had absolutely no problem with our being very selective about what we were looking for. She was also very prompt and attentive throughout the entire search and escrow processes. She is a personable and empathetic professional.

Audrey was extremely helpful in my home buying experience. Always on top of documents that needed signed or submitted and getting them filed as quickly as possible. Made the home buying process easier and less of a headache. We were able to look at and close on a home within 8 weeks start to finish. She was also available after hours whenever we needed. I would recommend her 100x over! We loved Audrey as our agent!
