I am so grateful for Nancy’s hard work and dedication. She came highly recommended to me and now I know why. Her knowledge of Northern AZ is unparalleled. She was on top of every detail, from the initial home search to closing and even after closing. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to details made the whole experience a joy. Thank you Nancy!

Brandy went above and beyond our normal experience in working as our agent. She identified the requirements to market the property. Also she took care of all maintenance and upkeep. Finding a buyer was difficult due to County requirements and she successfully brought a qualified applicant and closing.

Because she lives in Munds Park, where our home was she is very knowledgeable of the area and the market. She was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed of current conditions. Because we don’t live in the area she was always willing to help take care of things that came up with the house. She always conducted herself in a very professional manner and we enjoyed working with her. She followed up to make sure that all the details of the sale were completed.

Mike was great to work with on the sale of my home. As I wasn't local to the area, Mike went above and beyond keeping an eye on a separate home while simultaneously selling my second home. I'd recommend Mike to anyone looking for a professional who goes the extra mile.

Lorraine was so helpful to me. I was working with her from PA and Phoenix AZ and she was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. She provided me pictures and videos when I was in a different state and used her resources to provide me with local people to assist me with such things as turning off the water. She is from the area in which I purchased so she had a wealth of knowledge. She accommodated my family and me when we only had a small window to view the house. Lorraine made a stressful period much easier to deal with in her calm manner.

Deanna does an incredible job at both listening and executing. She heard what I was looking for, found it, and then walked through the details to complete the transaction by getting me the information I needed when I needed it.

Jesse is the utmost responsive and dutiful agent out there. I say this as someone who has worked on the other end of a transaction with him. He cares much for his clients and all parties involved. You would be lucky and satisfied to work with him if you are buying or selling!
