Due to an unexpected need to help out elderly family members with serious health issues, we decided to begin building a new home in WI, where they were living. At the time, we had not put our SaddleBrooke Ranch home on the market. After a number of very positive comments and recommendations from both buyers & sellers, we contracted with Ann Marie Camillucci to market & sell our home. The home went on the market in the winter of 2024/2025. Unfortunately, due to high mortgage rates, stock market volatility & other factors, the real estate market was soft. Ann Marie put together an impressive marketing campaign, including professional photos, videos & 3D tours of our home; professional flyers; extensive online postings and many open houses. She kept us informed of any feedback from those touring our house, as well as what was happening in the SBR & area market. She worked tirelessly to help us meet our goal of selling & closing on our home before the Wisconsin home closed. That entailed some price reductions which we fully approved. Our goal was met with a cash buyer who agreed to waive any inspections, let us pick the closing date & also allowed us to stay in the house for two weeks after closing for no charge. The timing could not have been better. We were able to pay cash for our new house, put a large amount of money in our bank account & stay in our SBR home until after our furniture was picked up by the movers. While we didn’t receive as much for our home as we originally expected, we were pleased with the result given the market conditions. Without a doubt, this would not have occurred without Ann Marie’s hard work & guidance. We would strongly recommend her!

She is very responsive to any and all questions and our experience as sellers could not have been better! Michele helped with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Her advice and guidance was invaluable in helping us to get an extraordinary offer on our existing home 1 day after it hit the market. She and her husband Charles were very helpful throughout the entire process starting with what to spruce up (and what not to spruce up) before the house went on the market, and walked us through every detail from the time the offer was accepted until closing. They also helped us with finding just the right new home (we downsized which can be hard), and assisted every detail in that process as well which was very important given it was a new build. Charles was amazing with helping us deal with the builder and walking thru all inspections. Michele was great in helping us negotiate a fair price and final closing. Strongly recommend Michele!!!
