My husband and I don't have a great history with agents. In fact while we've owned homes, we only worked with an agent once before. With our one and only prior experience, we didn't see the value in having an agent. That's because we hadn't met Rita! We didn't know an agent could really hold our hand and help us navigate, earning our trust and earning her commission. We are in Phoenix and our home was in Tucson...owners for 26 years. How would we be able to make this a successful sale from afar? I did my due diligence in reviewing agents, and decided to reach out to Rita, who is familiar with the UA area and older homes. Immediately, I felt great about her ability to help us sell. Once our relationship was established, she was off and running. Keeping us on deadlines and prompt with calls/texts. She had great local resources to help us get the repairs done that the inspection brought up. Rita wasn't going to let a day go to waste. From preparing the home for sell...picture taking...open house....bids...settling on the right bid....going through the inspection and repairs...she was so professional and level headed. Understanding and explaining to us the process we were unfamiliar with. When our home closed, I think we all were just so happy with the outcome, because it wasn't easy. We would recommend Rita and we would use her again should we need an agent.

Ray is amazing. There are literally no words to express our gratitude for him. Ray did his job and nearly all the work for the buyer's agent. The buyer never got his loan funded, and took an extra week to close because he didn't have his down payment. Ray did everything he could to provoke and promote the buyer and his agent. So much was out of our control, but Ray kept us from becoming homicidal, which is more than a realtor should have to do.
