Rita was a delight to work with during the sale of our home. She was attentive to detail, has a lovely personality and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We would definitely use her again for any real estate transaction. Rita has extensive experience selling properties and set us up with various tradesmen to help with repairs prior to the sale. The closing process was also seamless. Thank you Rita!

Karin made sure we were informed during every step of this overwhelming process. She made sure our needs were always the top priority and kept pushing the sale. She is the best!

After working with several agents over the past three years of house hunting, we can confidently say Susan was an absolute standout. From start to finish, she made the entire home-buying process feel smooth, stress-free, and—dare I say—enjoyable! As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Susan never once made us feel overwhelmed or unprepared. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand, always followed up promptly, and was incredibly professional and kind every step of the way. What really set her apart was her willingness to teach and advocate for us. She never made us feel like we were asking “too much,” and her guidance gave us confidence in every decision we made. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better agent, and we’re so grateful to have had Susan in our corner. She made our first home purchase an experience we’ll never forget—in the best way possible.

I would not hesitate to use Rita again for buying or selling. We were first time home sellers and were very fortunate to have Rita guide us through the process. She allowed us to sell our home in a buyer's market much quicker than average and helped us negotiate a fair deal. She is both responsive and wise which makes for a great agent.

Karin Phillips level of expertise, ability to professionally communicate all necessary aspects of our sale, and represent our family’s interests was exemplary! She went way beyond what we ever imagined possible. We’ve never had a Realtor work so hard and so imaginatively to market our home. We would never even consider using another agent. We’ve come to love Karin and consider her family.

I just finished working with Jen to sell my childhood family home in Cimarron. From start to finish Jen was professional, caring and thorough. Neither my sister or I live in Tucson so we relied heavily on Jen to do a lot extras - like being at the house when some furniture we sold was being picked up. She was always on top of communications and accessible to us. When we put the house on the market I was traveling abroad and she still kept me posted on everything. Due to her guidance and expertise we were able to sell & close on the home in 25 days!!!! Her advice on pricing was spot on. Thank you Jen! I would work with Jen again in a heartbeat.

Cannot recommend Jen enough. She made the whole process really easy from start to finish with great communication and going over and beyond what I would have expected she helped us navigate the sale.

Purchasing a home in one state while living in another can be stressful enough but Rita Gibbs made it so seamless! I traveled from Louisiana to Arizona with one week to not only find a home but to get one under contract. Rita arranged for 10+ showings for one day and in that one day I found the perfect home. She had us under contract by the next afternoon. I was able to return back home feeling assured that I was in good hands. Upon returning back to Louisiana, she organized everything from inspections to the appraisal. Rita also offered all the contacts I could possibly need prior to move in day. She has definitely been my “boots on the ground” while I am three states away. Rita has been readily available to answer any of the hundreds of questions that I have had during this whole process. I do not know how I would’ve managed without her! She is organized, detail oriented, and professional and not to mention an absolute godsend! 10 out of 10!!

It would be hard to describe Ray as anything less than perfect, a word I seldom use. He goes the extra mile, then goes a little more. I did not know him before, I randomly connected with him 2+ years ago when we thought we were going to move. He kept in touch over all that time and offered to drive us around & he called periodically just to check in. Ray be is persistent with out being a pest. When we finally got to the point of buying, he really shined. The processing was explained clearly along the way, he did many little things I won't go into but I was pleasantly surprised several times. Ray's attitude is excellent and part of his charm- way better than I am! He a hi oils write a book on real estate sales -or- How to be a good guy....

Ann Marie and Joe Camillucci are very knowledgeable, professional, and effective. They are so pleasant to work with. Excellent communications, support, and advice at each stage of the process…even after the closing. Both Ann Marie and Joe were very helpful and reassuring during this stressful time. They far exceeded our expectations and previous real estate experiences. They set a very high bar. We were extremely happy with our decision to have Ann Marie and Joe manage the sell of our SaddleBrooke Ranch home. Highly recommend to all.
