With the Team of Courtney Seely and Cristina Carney - you are in for the complete package - from "Staging" to promoting - and all the guidance and patience in dealing with the entire process. We had our first meeting on February 28th at the house. Reviewed the action plan, set a schedule to accomplish the pre-listing preparations (DID I SAY THAT COURTNEY INCLUDES STAGING THE HOUSE FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE PRESENTATION!) - We completed our move out and prep over the next two weeks - they listed the house on March 20th. We received our first offer on March 22nd and closed on April 11th - check in hands. They kept us totally informed through out the closing/inspections.
