Her communication, professionalism, and knowledge was spot on. Any questions we had were communicated perfectly for us to understand. Overall experience was amazing and I definitely recommend her

It was a positive experience to have Falastin guide me through the process of purchasing a home. She is extremely diligent in getting the information I needed along with the correct paperwork toward finally closing on the home. She also went the extra mile in negotiating with the seller so that the final purchase price was in line with my finances. She is delightful person as well. I wish the best for her!

Courtney is always readily available! She is knowledgeable of the area and her field. She is professional, organised and innovative when the need arises. Our home search was carried out over a distance. Courtney made it easy to coordinate when I could be in Green Valley; we spent several days traveling to different areas to find the right home in the most convenient location. We encountered a dicey situation with what seemed the perfect house, lots of negotiation/renegotiation with difficult owners. Courtney tirelessly, and skilfully worked toward a successful conclusion. When it became apparent that this deal was not meant to be she expeditiously extricated us and we were able to get back on track without penalty/wasted time, etc due to the positive relationships Courtney developes with other realtors, lenders, various home inspection professionals. She is unfailingly timely, informative and upbeat making a commonly stressful endeavour less so. We are very grateful to have worked with Courtney, consider her a friend and would recommend her services without hesitation.

Christina was great! She was very knowledgeable, took into consideration what I was looking for, was extremely friendly and it was more like buying from a friend than from an agent!

Falastin is one in a million! She went over and above any expectations we could have ever had for an agent. Very personable and professional. We bought from out of state, and she knew exactly who, where, and when for every contact we needed. Super pleasurable experience buying with Falastin. Highly recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I live in Ohio. I flew out to Sahuarita, Arizona to see the property we ended up buying. I met with Falastin who showed me the property. She was very helpful and provided answers to my many questions. After discussing with my wife, we decided to make an offer to purchase. Falastin made herself available and fully explained the process and all that we needed to do. It had been a long time since I had purchased a house and had never done so in Arizona. Other than making our offer and the closing, all transactions were done electronically. The process was easy enough even for the technologically challenged like us. Falastin was so very helpful and stayed in constant contact directing what we need to do and offering any assistance she could. During the process, I sent many emails and texts to which she responded both expeditiously and professionally. She has been so very pleasant and kind through the whole process. We would highly recommend her if looking for a good real estate agent.
