In a market that everyone told us was impossible, Sydney found a house that met all of our expectations within a few days!! Cathy went way above and beyond our expectations with helping us arrange detailed inspections once we entered our due diligence period and helped us negotiate with the seller for items that needed repair. She was always responsive when we had questions or concerns. At closing she was helped summarized the repair list from the inspections and even provided names of contractors to help us fix the things we needed/wanted to. I have brought many houses in the past and have never had a realtor so anything like this for us. We are forever grateful for Cathy’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again in the future.
