Exceptional Shelly was exceptional from start to finish. We'd contacted her from out of state (i.e., she was recommended by friends of ours who'd worked with her on their home purchase) and in spite of being in different time zones we were impressed initially with her responsiveness and guidance, helping us understand the ins and outs and possibilities open to us in Savannah. When we visited the city in person we felt extremely well prepared. Shelly's intimate knowledge of the area and the housing market was a huge asset because, given the time limited nature of our trip, she expertly focused our home search on properties that (a) likely would fit our family's needs and (b) represented a wide range of options so we could discern between criteria. Anna Bunton was very professional, knowledgeable and personal. She went above and beyond what was expected to sell this home.
