Ashley is an amazing agent and amazing person in general. She never once hesitated to answer any questions throughout the process. When there was a hiccup on the sellers side at closing, Ashley went to bat for us advocating on our behalf. If you want someone who is on your side through the entire process and never have to question that, Ashley is that girl! She made the whole process (even the terrible hiccup) absolutely worth it. We knew the house we bought was going to be it on the first look, but even still, Ashley still looked at other houses with us just so we were sure. From start to finish she made the process of selecting and purchasing a home while living in another state simplified. She was always available for our many questions, and responded quickly. She learned our styles and helped us narrow down areas to search. When we came to town to tour homes, she never made us feel rushed, and lined up as many as possible to see each day. She even went to the trouble of touring a home on a live video, that we felt would not be available by the time we could arrive to town.
