Dolores made our first time buying a home a wonderful experience. She was an excellent communicator between us and the sellers, and got us a wonderful home in the neighborhood we wanted. She is also extremely honest and knowledgeable, we knew we could trust her to help guide us towards the best home for us.

Where do I even start…. Rebecca Wayman is the only Broker/Realtor I will ever deal with. Her and her team (Karen Krupp & Nikki Palmer) were always available and happy to help. We had a hard set on needs/wants and a very limited time line and they made it happen. Rebecca was able to suggest lenders, agents for home owners insurance, and contractors. There really isn’t any aspect of the entire process that wasn’t covered. Rebecca is the best at everything she does and I adore her!

I had a great experience working with Dolores. She did a great job communicating throughout the process and made sure we stayed informed every step of the way. Even through complicated situations, she kept us updated and helped make the situation much less stressful. I really appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and support.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ryan and Ann-Marie. As a very anxious first-time buyer, they constantly made me feel calm, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. Their communication, professionalism, patience, and dedication were unmatched, and no matter what obstacle came up, they handled everything with confidence and reassurance. I genuinely felt like they were in my corner the entire time, always advocating for me and working hard to make sure I got my home. If you are looking for realtors who truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond for them, I absolutely recommend them. I am beyond grateful for everything they did to help make my dream of homeownership come true! I highly recommend them!

I’m fairly certain I was the worst client anyone has ever had but I’m absolutely certain Celi was the best realtor anyone has ever had! She is extremely professional, undeniably knowledgeable and infinitely patient! And her sense of humor is just the icing on the cake! I cannot recommend Celi enough!

We have sold and bought a house with Ryan and Annmarie. Selling, we sold in under a week. They did a great job of pricing, marketing and showing our home. We were selling from out of town and they took care of everything to get the house ready to sell. They made the process seamless. Buying: We searched for a house in Savannah for months and couldn't find anything we liked. There was a point where we were considering offering on a house that was overpriced - Ryan and Annmarie advised against it, even though they would've made more commission on that house than the house we ultimately bought. It just goes to show that they operate with integrity, with their client's best interest at heart versus being motivated by a bottom line. We will always use Ryan and Annmarie any time we are buying or selling in the Savannah area. Cannot recommend them enough!

I think we must be the easiest clients Shelly had to work for. When she was showing us townhouses 9 years ago, we picked the first one and put in papers to buy it that night. And to sell the same place she helped us put it up for sale on the 4th of the month and had a pending contract on the 6th. I know she did a lot of work behind the scenes, but it sure seemed easy. We have enjoyed working with Shelly, she was always available and solutions when we had questions. Being we have left the State of GA, we wish her well.
