Jessica is an absolutely incredible real estate agent. We have never met anyone so responsive. Every time we contacted her she responded in minutes- at all hours of the day and night. We are so grateful for the hard work she put into helping us relocate from NY. We really didn’t think that we could pull off purchasing an existing home from so far away, but Jessica made it possible with online tours, great advice, tons of communication and endless recommendations. We first came across Elizabeth Nolan through an online search for a realtor about two and a half years ago after we first came to Savannah and decided we wanted to buy a home. At that time it was very much a buyers market. We had started the search a little prematurely as we had not completely transitioned from Massachusetts. However Elizabeth still helped us to start looking, was never judgmental and very understanding. We found her to be kind and easy to deal with. Little did we know that this was going to become a drawn-out saga for a number of reasons. Our properties in Massachusetts had not sold as quickly as we hoped and in that process the market in Savannah shifted to become a seller's market and buying a home became a very difficult process as there were multiple offers on every house. This never deterred Elizabeth. Our struggles became hers. She kept at it for several years through a number setbacks until we finally found the right house. She always found time to set up appointments to show properties as they became available, never complaining. She went above and beyond to help us through the financing process and close the purchase. Without having somebody with her tenacity on our side I doubt we would be in the home where we are now.
