Laura has a very sweet she always on top of things and I really appreciate what she did. I just have one issue, I would like to see better communication after closing, I know that the job is demanding and she has a lot of clients but for new home owners sometimes I kind a feel like I got drop after closing.

Heather spend quite a bit of time helping us find the right house, taking us to showing after showing. Turns out she knows us better than we know ourselves, as after much cajoling she convinced us to take a look at a home whose listing did not seem right for us. We went to the showing to prove Heather wrong. We made an offer because she was right. We have now used Heather as both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. I worked with Heather on my first home purchase and she walked me through step-by-step.
