I was an out of state buyer and was looking to relocate to the area. I combed through a few agent profiles and decided to reach out to Steve. It turned out to be one of the best real estate decisions I've ever made. I gave him a list of maybe half a dozen homes that were potential candidates, and he immediately began making calls to listing agents and acquired some great details that were not posted in the listings. The type of information that I would not have been able to get on my own. Through the additional details he gathered, I was able to narrow down the list to two specific homes. Steve drove out to both houses and made custom walk-through videos for me and even took specific measurements of things that I requested. Once our offer was accepted, Steve thoroughly impressed throughout the due diligence period and all the way to closing. The home inspection brought a few issues to light and Steve was able to negotiate with the seller to have them address those issues at no cost to me. Due to his efforts, we were able to address all issues with the property, and close on time without me having to make multiple trips/calls to bring the project to completion. I could not be more satisfied with the service he provided.
