He met with us over lunch with a portfolio that detailed the housing market overall, how it was doing specifically in our area, and where our house fit in. He and his wife Nancy gave us advice and guidance on how best to “showcase” our home—staging it for photos and making it smell nice and homey—to potential buyers and helped us price our home competitively. Although we had to come down on our original price a few times due to the fluctuating market, we were satisfied overall with the results. The buyers were satisfied with their purchase, and my wife and I are happy and our new home, which Gene also assisted us with. Thank you, Gene and Nancy!

Rebecca helped us in buying and selling our home. As new parents, in early pandemic days, and in the middle of a PCS, we were beyond stressed about buying our first home. Rebecca took the time to answer every question, was genuinely kind, and assisted us in smoothly purchasing our dream home. Three years later when we were ready to sell, we knew we were going to have her be our agent. We were under contract a few days after listing. When a massive hail storm hit right before closing, she hustled to ensure we’d be able to close as quickly as possible, all while needing to file an insurance claim and have our roof replaced. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and has great local connections. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!
