To summarize my review in one sentence: I HIGHLY recommend Heather! My wife and I decided to pursue a second home and potential investment property in the Savannah area. However, as Ohio residents with no personal or business contacts in the area that we could call upon for realtor recommendations, we turned to ratemyagent.com. That turned out to be a great move. The ratings I found there from Heather’s clients coupled with her bio helped moved her to the top of my list of realtors to contact. Once we connected, no matter whether we discussed potential second homes, investment properties, renovations, etc., I found that Heather has a natural and expert grasp of all aspects of the real estate puzzle. Heather is a native of Savannah whose family has lived in the area for many generations. This gives her an incredible wealth of knowledge of Savannah and the surrounding market, and she conveys her knowledge very effectively. This all added up to a fantastic and surprisingly quick result for us, because she helped us find a beautiful house in a fantastic location within three weeks. Nearly all of the due diligence, financing and closing took place remotely, and Heather did a tremendous amount of the legwork for us. It was a pleasure meeting and working with a professional with an easy-going and often humorous attitude. My wife and I feel like we’ve made a friend for life in Heather. We definitely plan to use her again when we need a realtor.

We found Heather through word of mouth 3 years ago and it has been a privilege to work with her through the purchase and sell of a home. We were moved from savannah to North Carolina for the military and had to sell our home in effingham County, unfortunately. Despite the distance Heather was running around on her own dime and coordination to help get our home presentable, after nasty tenants had destroyed our home. Without Heather we would have had to drive back to savannah in order to fix our home and sell it. Great communication from Heather throughout the entire process and 10/10 recommend for anyone looking in real estate in the savannah, GA area.

McKenzie was very helpful from beginning to end of our home search. We came from another state to view homes we were interested in. When we decided to purchase she very good at getting the closing done so we didn’t have to fly back for it. She was very knowledgeable about everything we asked or was able to find out for us. This was a hard move since our home was destroyed in hurricane Ian.

This was my second investment property in Savannah. Heather saw the potential in this property. She was able to give great ideas and feedback. I used my resources and her resources to renovate and take to property to another level. She was able to help with every detail from start to finish including kitchen finishes and paint color, which was very helpful. Rebecca was very forthcoming with what you expect of the market value for this area and very knowledgeable about how to proceed. She is incredibly family orientated and made this process much less stressful than anyone I've ever worked with in the past. Seemed too easy and simple to be true, but that's Rebecca's way.... she sees her clients as the people and families they are and always works in their best interest!
