Cannot say enough good things about Gene Morris as a realtor agent! From before we put our old house on the market to even after we closed on our new house, Gene was right there with us, basically holding our hands through the process. He explained dollar value per square foot vs the wholesale price and all kinds of neat things I never knew about the housing market and kept us constantly updated via texts and calls. He gave us advice based on his experience but was never pushy and always made us feel like we were holding the reins with him as our guide.
