Picture this … Tropical storm blowing outside and husband gets the wild idea to look at houses. He calls Rebecca Wayman, and she puts on her raincoat and we go out looking! One month later we are in our new home with our prior one about to go on the market (also with the amazing Rebecca)! Sounds easy right? It wasn’t, mentally, but Rebecca smoothed the process for us. She was very patient and supportive of my transition from looker to purchaser and made the experience fun. She understood what we needed and had a full knowledge of the houses in the market. The second house we looked at is the one we purchased. The negotiation process was painless and Rebecca fought for our interests. Throughout the process I would send her oddball questions and she’d respond promptly. When we hit closing we were so prepared, it took five minutes! After closing she even went with me to the HOA to make sure I met the people in charge and had what I needed to transition to the new neighborhood. My only regret is that Scout didn’t join us!! Laura went above and beyond what she needed to do to make everything about our home purchase the best it could be. She dug deep to find the most fitting comparables so that we could make an informed, reasonable offer, sorting out homes that had not been renovated, like ours, from those that had. Once we had an offer accepted, she continued to work hard to make sure all was right with the transaction, including extra effort to see that the termite bond transferred on time. She offered ideas we would not have come up with ourselves and that worked in our favor, such as asking the seller to cover specific fixes brought up by the inspection. I could give more examples, but the point is that Laura looked out for us with her attention to every detail. She did not hesitate to spend her time going the extra mile. I don't think you could do better than to engage Laura Celaya to work for you!
