Had a rather terrible experience with Shelly. She accidentally texted me (thinking she was texting her boss), saying, "I'm not going to show him houses bc I don't trust him not to approach the owners on his own".... even though I'd already signed a contract with her stating I am legally obligated to go through her for any property she showed me. Shelly then proceeded to throw her boss under the bus by telling me she said that bc she was, "Trying to get information out of her boss"... Which is absolutely asinine. So yea, stay far away from this group. What kind of realtor says they're not going to show their client houses??

Beth was absolutely amazing from start to finish in selling my in-laws home. She went above and beyond in assisting us with everything that was involved in making the sell happen. This was an unusual sell of a modular home which involved a lot more that just a sell of a regular home. Beth never gave up and was persistent in collecting all of the proper documents needed. There were several repairs that were needed to pass inspection and she went out of her way to help find a handy man to take care of the repairs in a timely manner. All which is outside of her expectations as a realtor. She is an amazing person that truly cares. Hands down! I highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to purchase of sell a home.
