We bought our home during a time when homes were selling as soon as listed, summer of 2021. To make it more difficult we were doing this from another state. Renee was very helpful and on top of things. She is always thinking of ways to help her clients. With her help and knowledge, we were able to get a contract on a home within a short time during this extremely competitive market. My husband knew of people living in hotels with their families because they we unable to get a contract in time. She was always quick to answer questions, moved quickly based on our interests, and came up with helpful ideas to resolve issues.

Exceptional Shelly was exceptional from start to finish. We'd contacted her from out of state (i.e., she was recommended by friends of ours who'd worked with her on their home purchase) and in spite of being in different time zones we were impressed initially with her responsiveness and guidance, helping us understand the ins and outs and possibilities open to us in Savannah. When we visited the city in person we felt extremely well prepared. Shelly's intimate knowledge of the area and the housing market was a huge asset because, given the time limited nature of our trip, she expertly focused our home search on properties that (a) likely would fit our family's needs and (b) represented a wide range of options so we could discern between criteria. We found the home we LOVED on the first day of hunting and the process moved shockingly smoothly after that.
