Shelly was so AMAZING to work with on our home purchase! We recently purchased a second home in Savannah, GA and handled most of the purchase remotely from Atlanta. Shelly was available every step of the way. Only one of us got to physically see the property and Shelly took the extra step to do a video walk through of the property so we felt comfortable with the purchase decision. Everything was handled very efficiently and Shelly communicated all details effectively throughout the purchase process all the way to helping us retrieve the keys on closing date when the seller didn't bring them to closing LOL. She was always there for us! We'd highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to let Shelly assist with the search and purchase process.

My fiancé and I recently made the decision to jump into the housing market in Savannah, Georgia, and we really did not have a lot of time to find something and close on it. We were referred to Steven Hewitt at Realty One Group, and after our initial conversation, we knew that he was a perfect match for us. Understanding our situation, and the fluidity of the real estate market in this area, we began receiving available listings within an hour! More importantly, the listings were a good mix of different home types and neighborhoods, but all met our initial needs request. Our WANTS list changed quickly, and often, and Steven was always available, via telephone, text, or email, to alter his search for us, and went out of his way to help us with ANYTHING we asked. His knowledge of the area and his ability to translate that into viable residence locations for us was amazing. He was always professional, courteous, and honest with us, which we found VITAL as out of town buyers in a sellers’ market. With his help, we found our southern dream home and more importantly, closed on it within weeks!
