Nita was such a great agent to work with during the home selling process! We contacted Nita months before listing as we were considering a big move. The very first meeting she showed up promptly with a smiling face, ready to go. She was always well-prepared before every meeting and did a lot of research along the way. She was in constant communication about her research findings as well as checking in and seeing if we needed anything or had any questions along the way. I would often text her questions and I could always count on her to respond quickly. We had just started looking for a house and came across the perfect one. The problem was that we had 8 hours to make an offer and didn't have a realtor. We called Jacquelyn and she helped us put together an offer that was accepted. The buyers ended up having a lot of problems on their side. Jacquelyn checked in weekly with their agent and us, keeping us updated on the situation and educating us throughout. After a bit of negotiation and waiting, we eventually got the house.
