Dawn was relentless in finding a home that my wife and I agreed upon. At times we felt bad because my wife and I were truly unsure what we wanted, but Dawn's insights were pivotal to showing us where true value exists. Selling my parents home while living 700 miles away was a concern for me. There are so many details to cover and Michelle helped make the sale go smoothly. I needed someone with experience and knowledge to keep help me do this right. That is why Michelle was selected. It was a great choice. Michelle helped me through the preparation phase (recommendations for estate sale, junk removal and final deep cleaning) that turned the 50 year old home into a very desirable and sellable property. Listing was done on schedule with great photos and details. A buyer was identified the first few days and a civil round of negotiations took place where I feel both sides got a fair deal. My biggest worry was doing closing from a distance and Michelle helped me navigate that seamlessly. I thank Michelle for the great work she did.
