Started talking to find a mid-century modern house to create as a 10 to 15 year home very open to showing as many houses as needed. When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Throughout the process they were very patient even when I was missing paperwork on my end, and they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting that taken care of. Also, because I had already emptied the home, they highly recommended staging the home. Well, it turned out beautiful and the best part was that it was included as part of the deal. I'm sure it helped in getting multiple offers the first day it was on the market. I can't thank Nora, Jessica and their team enough for a job well done!
