This was our second time working with Catina! She was our realtor when we were first time home buyers and then 3 years later when our family outgrew the starter home, we had Catina assist us with selling that house and purchasing our new home! She was very detailed when guiding us to prep our house to sell, she was very helpful when looking for new houses, and extremely thorough when answering all the questions we had (believe me, there were a lot of questions!). She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her and it was clear she was doing everything in her power to get us top dollar for our first house while simultaneously getting us the best deal possible on our new house! We are very thankful for Catina and we will sing her praises from the rooftops every chance we get!
