Our estate needed to get our house sold and were just not getting the level of communication and inputs from our previous agent, in stepped Nora and Latrice. Nora came highly recommended by our niece and so we called her, explaining concerns on just not feeling like our family home was getting the inputs we needed to feel like it was a priority. Nora initially asked us what we felt we needed in an agent along with explaining how she would plan on marketing it, along with strategies for selling a home that needed some “tender loving care.” We were pleasantly surprised with the initial level of activity generated, and all along the process getting excellent, and regular updates and communication. Also to be noted was that we did this whole transaction from out of state which could have added levels of complexity, but Nora and Latrice made that aspect easy to navigate and we had no issues or concerns to speak of from that.
