I can't thank Brenda enough for helping to make my homeownership dreams come true! We can’t say enough great things about Travis and the job he did for us. He recently helped my girlfriend and me buy our new home while also selling both of our houses, and it was both of our first times selling a home. Travis guided us through every step of that process with patience, clarity, and confidence. What could have been overwhelming felt smooth and manageable because of him. We were extremely happy with the purchase price of our new home and the sale prices of both homes we sold. During the inspection process on our new house, everything we asked for was agreed to. On the flip side, when buyers of our homes requested items we weren’t comfortable with, Travis supported us and everything we said “no” to was respected and agreed to. He truly advocated for us at every turn. What really sets Travis apart is that he doesn’t just list and negotiate, he rolls up his sleeves and gets involved. He helped with staging, moved heavy items out of the homes, hosted multiple open houses, and even handled final cleaning before each walkthrough. We’re incredibly grateful for his guidance, work ethic, and professionalism throughout this entire process. We honestly hope we never have to move again, but if we do, there’s no question we’ll be using Travis again. Highly recommend!

Nora listened carefully to what I wanted in a home and tailored the search to match. She proactively reached out with a listing right after the first of the year, knowing I wanted to be in a home by mid-March Although we had only looked at one other home together, Nora found the perfect home with the second listing we toured. She helped me navigate inspections and the closing process in a new city, and calmly facilitated a meeting with the HOA when a potential issue arose. Nora was very professional and sent helpful communications in a timely manner throughout the process. I highly recommend Nora!
