It’s been many years since we’ve used a real estate agent, and when we were looking for homes in the Des Moines metro area, I randomly contacted Dawn Edwards as she was the listing agent on a home we were interested in. Well, we lucked out because Dawn is phenomenal! We were primarily looking for a newly built home, and Dawn has great connections with the area builders and was a bridge to answer questions we had for them.
