Dave and Luci were great to work with. Their experience and expertise really helped us see things that we wouldn’t have seen or even known about. The communication was great. We moved to the area from out of town. After weeks of driving to the DSM area looking at homes, we finally found the house we really wanted. It was a Sunday evening around 9 PM when we reached back out to Dave and Luci and said decided we would like to make an offer on the house. We met them at the house, went through it one more time and made an offer. Dave and Luci worked throughout the evening on that Sunday night and we were still signing documents well past midnight. Not many realtors would be working throughout the evening on a weekend like they did. Others may have said come in Monday morning at 9 AM and we will write up an offer. We knew then that Dave and Luci were the best realtors. We had many questions and we reached out to them many times via phone call, text or email. They always responded so quickly, which seems like that’s hard to find these days. We feel like we got to know them personally and that really made things so much easier when we would call with what I thought was going to be another “dumb question.” Dave and Luci always made us feel like we were the only ones they were working for. Our daughter and her husband and their new baby will be looking for a home in the near future and when that time comes, we will be calling Dave and Luci to help them out just as they helped us.
